Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying projects. Tell us about your build when you reach out and we will walk you through the options.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. FINREIT is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1533570, and we carry insurance on every project.
What areas of Florida do you serve?
We work across the Tampa Bay and South Florida markets. Our office is at 3614 E 4th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605.
What types of projects do you take on?
Commercial and light industrial construction is the core of our work: ground-up builds, build-outs, rollouts, and renovations. We also take on a limited number of residential projects, including custom homes, investor builds, remodels, additions, and ADUs.
Do you self-perform work or subcontract everything?
We self-perform structural steel, light gauge framing, concrete and decking, storefronts, and glass and glazing with our own crews. When a job calls for expertise outside those trades, we bring in partners we have vetted.
Do you work with investors and build-to-rent clients?
Yes. Spec homes and build-to-rent projects are a regular part of our residential work, delivered on schedule.
